About

I have over 25 years working with women over 40 who have had previous injuries or chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension and orthopedic injuries. As a Pilates Instructor /Personal Trainer I've helped 100's of people successfully reach their goals using exercise as medicine to relieve pain and reduce medications.
I'm currently working as a Pilates Instructor Educator. I live in Wake Forest, NC with my husband and two dogs. I have two grown sons, one who is married and lives in Asheville, NC and the other that lives close to us in Raleigh.

ACE Certfified Personal Trainer

Experience and Distinctions

My fitness career has been focused on helping women over 40 with previous injuries. I also have tons of experience with clinical populations and othopedic conditions. I spent 8 of my 25 fitness career years working in Cardiac Rehab and have worked in all the local hospitals in their wellness centers. My specialty is functional strength training and pilates. I love to combine these two methods to create a more pain free fully functioning body that is healthy and ready to do what you want when you want.
