The Squat is a very effective lower body exercise. It works your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves... pretty much the whole leg. Squats can be done with or without weights.

The most important part: doing them the right way. Many people do them wrong and injure their knees. This video will show you how to avoid that risk and strengthen your legs.
