Every Friday in August! Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence. We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation. This is open to anyone. No experience needed. Benefits of face yoga include: stress reduction increased mind-body awareness less headaches reduction of dark circles and puffiness around eyes more symmetrical face higher, sculpted cheeks less droopy eyelids and much more!

How do I identify what body parts are affected? What do they mean? How does pain affect me? B. What does it mean energetically? C. Learn a quick meditation to connect to chakras D. Become a Reiki Master and teacher with Jamie Butler, the Everyday Medium and Reiki Master! This is a rare opportunity to take this class from Jamie virtually! Prerequisites for this class are Reiki Levels 1 & 2 with Jamie or another Reiki Master. In this class, students are expected to present their knowledge of Reiki Symbols and healing techniques. Over the course of the weekend, Jamie will introduce the Master Symbols and as well as the attunement techniques. This class will also go over the code of ethics and business practices around healing. All registered students will receive a certificate of completion which will be mailed out 21 days after class. This is a beginning Pilates Mat class. If you are new to Pilates, this is a great introduction. Even if you haven't moved your body in a while, this will be a great way to start your Pilates journey.

An entrepreneur's work is never done. No words have been truer! Even with the advent of the internet and all the newest technology, it seems our to-do lists never get shorter. But does your to-list consist of money-making activities or busy work? Are your daily tasks helping to grow your business or are you spinning your wheels going nowhere? As easy as it may be for me to tell you what you SHOULD be doing to grow your business, it's just as important to recognize those habits which are harming your business. Creating good habits is phenomenal so long as those bad habits are changing, too. As you listen to today's webinar, think objectively and don't be ashamed if you recognize your own behaviors. Awareness that what you're doing isn't helping your business is half the battle. Once you're aware, then you can take action to change those behaviors. Also remember that change doesn't happen overnight. Even if you change your behavior quickly, that doesn't mean the rewards of that change will suddenly show up. However, you will be more prepared to handle those rewards as they appear.

Knowing that the back side of the chakras carry great information, I'm putting this class on for those who know how to work with their subtle energy. We're going to tap into the back sides to feel into any past life energy. We'll look to see what's there, and how we can use that information for today. We may even find information we weren't looking for. It's all in our highest and greatest good.
