If you think you can or can't, you're right. Henry Ford Mindset is everything when it comes to achieving success. If you think you can't reach your personal goal, then you won't because you won't be willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take those actions to make it possible. Likewise, if you think you CAN reach that goal, you'll do anything and everything to make it a reality. Shifting your mindset is absolutely possible and that's the subject of my 4-part home study course, Mindset Reset. Each lesson has its own Action Plan so you always know what has to happen before moving on. It's a great reminder for those who hesitate to take action due to fear of the unknown.

Gentle Yoga for anyone
Join us as we connect with the Archangels, Ascend Masters, Saints, and Deities. We connect with well- and lesser-known spirits. Many of us have discovered new spirit guides and helpers. The messages we receive individually are beautiful, insightful, and uplifting. Many people receive universal messages as well. In each class we connect with 3-4 new spirits, so no two classes are alike. This is great practice for opening up to divine guidance. It also helps to build upon your "clairs" (clairvoyance, clairaudiance, clairsentience, etc.). Practice makes perfect. Practice with us!

Breathe, Move & Heal! 8 Classes are included in this series! All classes will be recorded - watch, learn and practice anytime, anywhere! Come join us and learn Qigong. In this 8 class series we be learning some of the movements in the Level II Healing Qigong Form as well as some of the Spring Forest Qigong Sequence. We will also be focusing on learning how to bring our attention inward to further feel the different sensations (energy) in our body. Each class includes breath techniques and mild stretches and is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

Tuesday - Restorative/Yin Yoga Friday - Gentle Yoga Restorative/Yin Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.

This class will feature a guided meditation. Every class has a different guide/meditation. Please feel free to join as you wish, everyone will benefit. We use the 3 Breath Meditation at the onset of the meditation (and throughout if you'd like). Build your intuitive guidance, discover your creativity and imagination, balance, and clear your subtle energy field.
If you've been looking for people to practice on, join us! The best way to hone your tarot skills is to practice; and practice time with strangers is really valuable. During class, you'll give and get a reading. Depending on how the readings go, you may be able to practice multiple times. Don't sit, waiting for people to ask for readings so you can gain experience. Register for class and practice with us!
