This is a fast pace, intense, full body workout with Lamont. It is primarily using body weight, however there are sections where you will need some sort of weight. If you don't have barbells you can use weighted objects from around the house such as water bottles.

Lamont developed a passion for fitness and health at an early age. This passion developed from competitive sports as a youth to the varsity level. Lamont loved the intense preparation and highly competitive atmosphere that he found running track and playing football at a Varsity Level. Lamont has continued to pursue a higher education and understanding of personal fitness. Lamont believes on taking a hands-on approach with well being and fitness. When it comes to helping individuals obtain a better and healthier lifestyle through exercise, he wants to extend it to include the entire family as well. He is pushed further to help clients reach the next level and beyond by implementing workouts for Athlete's, Business Professional, Homemaker, Novice & Intermediate levels, Rehabilitation, Youths & Weekend-only Workout Warrior.
