Come join us and learn Qigong.

In this 8 class series we be learning some of the movements in the Level II Healing Qigong Form as well as some of the Spring Forest Qigong Sequence.

We will also be focusing on learning how to bring our attention inward to further feel the different sensations (energy) in our body.

Pre-requisites
No previous knowledge is needed, however Level I was taught in the May Series and the 5-Element was taught in the June Series both are available.

If you are recovering from illness, injury or surgery you can practice qigong in a chair.

Hi There! My name is Cindy and I'm the author of the book, "Boost Your Immune System". I'm also a yoga, qigong and flexibility instructor. My signature program is helping women prevent and reverse Osteoporosis naturally. Back in 2010 I was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I was frustrated and confused. I created a program that reversed the condition. I now help women, just like you to prevent and reverse Osteoporosis naturally without taking harmful pharmaceutical drugs. After completing a food sensativity test I discovered many of the healthy foods I was eating (such as raspberries, blueberries, avocado and mushrooms) were causing these symptoms.
