Lisa Torres is a fitness, beauty and wellness expert and has trained celebrities, professional athletes and changed thousands of bodies just like yours! Barre Physique is a beginner 45 minute total body workout with a slower instructional pace. You will need a set of light weights (you can use a full water bottle or other similarly heavy item), a chair or stool for balance and a mat if you are working on a wood floor. You can put on your favorite music and join Lisa to build strength, flexibility, balance and change your body!
