As a busy mom of three little ones, Katie Kimball knows a thing or two about saving time in the kitchen, but she also wants the best of health and nutrition for her family. From yogurt to salad dressing, the Kimball kitchen is filled with homemade foods with nary a box or package in sight. Kimball's blog, Kitchen Stewardship, is focused on balancing nutrition with frugality, the environment with the time available, all as good stewards of God's gifts.
