Hi, I'm Abby. I am wife to Steve and mother to four amazing girls, Jaymie, Elizabeth, Cierra and Natalia. My family is my greatest joy! I strive to live a holistic and mostly organic life. I love to discover delicious and nutritious recipes as well as recipes for DIY natural beauty products. One of my favorite things to do is visit the local farmers market and pick recipes for the week based on what I find. Eating food that is grown locally and in season is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your family. I also enjoy yoga, barre classes, kickboxing and tennis. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015 as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I have been trained in over one hundred dietary theories as well as how to support my clients in learning how to eat foods that are best for their own individual needs.
