Building Resiliency & Thriving Through Work Induced Stress
Extensive research has shown that exposure to excessive pressure and challenge in the workplace can be motivating. However, when pressure reaches a level where the individual feels they can no longer cope, it can lead to stress.
Resiliency is a protective factor against stress.
This session will educate on stress, vicarious trauma/compassion fatigue and provide you with tools, practices and strategies to help prevent stress and burnout, helping to create a healthy work environment for both yourself and those around you.
